To continue:
The Treasure of Fantan Flats, by William O. Turner. This is a western in which the heroine spends a few chapters with hands tied behind her back.
Also, any books by Brian Fox. He wrote books based on Hayes and Curry, the characters in the Alias Smith And Jones TV westerns, early '70s. I have read a few of these, and all of them have bound ladies in them. The best is Dead Ringers, where a feisty schoolmistress spends almost the entire book bound and gagged, by three different sets of abductors.
I get the impression Mr Fox was quite keen on bondage
And finally A.E.W.Mason, At The Villa Rose and The House of the Arrow.
I hope some of you can get your hands on these
