I was re-reading your challenges when, while reading the one in which you turned Andrea Neal in two twins (one a thief the other a cop), I got this little idea...

There are these two twins, one a small time crook the other a rookie cop/constable, and in order to do a 'job' the crook (and her friends) kidnaps the rookie and replaces her.
The 'job' is successful, the rookie is left wrapped as a gift for the police somewhere but a few days later the crooked twin learns that her sister was arrested under suspicions of having used 'the evil twin' ruse in order to achieve her goals...
In spite of all their differences, the girl decides to help her sister, but her friends manages to convince her to check the story first, after all it might be a trap set by the police in order to capture her (and them)...

So what is the strategy used by the gang of thieves in order to check the news?
Do they 'help' the law abbiding/enforcer sister or not?
Is this a trap or not?
Are the crook sister's partners really interested in helping her (and her sister) or do they have a hidden agenda?
